1.最初に、スプリットの油圧プーラーが荷重や張力の下にないこと、および油圧シリンダーが完全に格納されていることを確認します。
2.油圧ベアリングプーラーが完全に格納されるまで、中央のネジを反時計回りに回すことにより、3つの爪を緩めます。
3.プーラーの爪をシャフトの周りに配置して分解し、均等に間隔を空けて整列させます。
4.爪がシャフトをしっかりと握るまで、中央のネジを時計回りに締めます。
5.油圧ポンプをプラーに接続し、ハンドルをポンプで送り、シャフトに圧力をかけます。
6.シャフトが完全に分解されるまでポンピングを続けます。
7.シャフトが分解されたら、油圧ポンプの圧力を放出し、プーラーの中央ネジを緩めてシャフトから爪を放出します。
8.油圧ギアプーラーを安全で乾燥した場所に保管します。
